We slow-ferment our dough for 48 hours, source San Marzano tomatoes, and hand-stretch every base. Each pizza carries the leopard-spotted char and pillowy cornicione that mark centuries of Neapolitan craft — a tradition recognised by UNESCO as intangible cultural heritage.
We bake only what we need. We open only three days a week. Not to be precious — but to be present.
Margherita
La Regina — The QueenSan Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte mozzarella, fresh basil, extra-virgin olive oil. The original. Invented in 1889 for Queen Margherita of Savoy. Still unmatched.
Marinara
La Prima — The FirstTomato, oregano, garlic, olive oil. No cheese. The oldest Neapolitan pizza — born 1734, named for the seafarers of the Bay of Naples. Pure, essential, timeless.
Diavola
La Piccante — The Fiery OneSan Marzano tomato, mozzarella, Calabrese salami, chilli oil. A slow, warming heat that builds and lingers. Beautifully fierce.
Prosciutto e Funghi
La Classica — The BelovedTomato, mozzarella, Italian baked ham, mushrooms. The trattoria staple — the one your grandmother would approve of.
Quattro Formaggi
La Bianca — The WhiteMozzarella, gorgonzola, provola, parmigiano. No tomato. Four Italian cheeses in one molten, golden expression.
Salsiccia e Friarielli
L'Anima — The Soul of NaplesFresh pork sausage, rapini greens, olive oil. Naples' most beloved combination. Earthy, savoury, irreplaceable.
Pizza Bianca
La Semplice — The SimpleOlive oil, rosemary, fleur de sel, mozzarella. No tomato. A showcase of the dough itself — the real test of a pizzaiolo's craft.
Capricciosa
La Ricca — The AbundantHam, mushrooms, artichoke, black olives, mozzarella. A celebration of Italy's finest larder, all on one base.
Pre-orders open from 9 AM on each service day. Walk-ins welcome while stock lasts.
